Skinner Senior Center

Our Senior Center offers those 55+ a place to remain active, engaged, and vital. We have a full slate of weekly and monthly on-going structuctured activities, educational opportunities, health-related events and speakers, opportunities for volunteering and advocacy, and so much more.

Located in Kinston, the LCCOA provides vital community programs and resources—including home-delivered meals, health and wellness activities at the Skinner Senior Center, and supportive services—designed to enhance independence, promote well-being, and help seniors thrive.  Most activities are offered at no charge. Trips out of the community may require a fee.

We are always open to suggestions for new offerings, and welcome those from the community interested in sharing their time and talents with our membership. We want to be YOUR senior center!
