The Council on Aging participates in the regional Senior Games. Give us a call for a listing of the competitions that take place each year or practice year round during regularly scheduled activities offered in Lenoir County.

Get Out and About

The Council on Aging provides transportation to and from the senior center for group activities, senior and nutrition services (availability based on funding).

Take a Break from Caregiving

Temporary relief of care responsibilities is provided to unpaid Family Caregivers through reimbursement for the expense of paid care providers. Care dependent must be frail and at least 60 years of age or have progressive dementia.
